UHS Registration & Fee
Individuals will need to email to arrange an appointment for an interview, which can be done in person or by phone. After the interview and if agreeable to both parties, an informal application will be emailed, mailed, or faxed. The application must be returned with a $50.00 nonrefundable deposit prior to the first meeting.
Paid in full : $1600.00.
- May also be paid as you progress. Balance per level is due at time of our work together.
